Gallagher Bassett (GB) has partnered with a range of New Zealand’s private insurers to manage EQCover claims for natural disaster insurance cover on behalf of Toka Tū Ake Earthquake Commission (EQC).

GB has one of the largest EQC-accredited and specialised land adjusting teams in New Zealand. With considerable experience in managing EQCover claims and associated land adjusting for large catastrophes, such as the Canterbury and Kaikoura earthquakes, Auckland floods, Cyclone Gabrielle, and smaller events causing land damage. We have been involved in providing expertise, service, and support for all those affected.

We specialise in the provision of loss adjusting services for EQCover. Our people are experts in EQC claims. Our nationwide team of more than 40 EQC accredited land specialists has a long tenure of working in this segment and what it takes to provide exceptional quality service to our clients and their customers.
