As part of GB’s commitment to supporting our clients with the very best technology to manage claims portfolios, the RISX-FACS® claims system has recently undergone an upgrade.

RISX-FACS® is GB’s proprietary system, and combines intelligent risk identification and loss management together, simplifying the claims management process.

On 14th September, the upgraded version was deployed to all GB General Insurance clients that currently have access to the system. The new version of the system has been developed based on client feedback, and incorporates a host of new features including:

• upgraded accessibility to make it easier to get the reports and data clients need to manage portfolios,
• improved look and feel with a better-than-ever user interface,
• enhanced stability, for a seamless user experience.
